Harry Lagad
Executive Director and GM
With a career spanning over 30 years in Business Management, Harry is a successful entrepreneur and business Leader. He had led Sales & Business Development, Supply Chain Management functions, and Corporate Strategy at many large companies, including Geodis, Gati, Nokia, TNT, and Tech Pacific. Harry brings his vast experience in various industry verticals, such as Consumer Electronics, Telecom, Third Party Logistics, Industrial Packaging and Distribution, Robotics & Engineering, Sporting Goods, Apparel, and Footwear. His work has carried him across almost all continents, with various stints in Australia, Singapore, India, and the USA. Harry has been globally recognized within the Supply Chain industry and chosen as one of Asia's Top Supply Chain Professionals. He travels and lectures extensively on Supply Chain and Leadership. Having served on various company boards, Harry brings a strategic perspective to any company he associates with. Harry has been involved with NetSuite ERP for over a decade in a leadership role at an ERP consulting and product company serving the NetSuite user community. Harry is currently based in Singapore but spends much of his time in India and Australia.
Tamara Knyazev
CFO & Principal Financials Consultant
Tamara brings over 15+ years of well-rounded finance and accounting experience. Starting off her career in public accounting, working at RSM global accounting network firm as a financial statements auditor, she successfully transitioned to supervising an operations accounting team at a Fortune 500 company. Soon after, Tamara joined a fast-growing SaaS company seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to spearhead their global financial and accounting operations. With the new experience and challenges, Tamara’s leadership skills got elevated to new heights, and quickly Tamara moved into the Corporate Controller position for another SaaS company with multiple international subsidiaries and complex operations. Using her ERP systems expertise and a keen eye for process-oriented financial management, Tamara transformed the company's financial and accounting operations into a world-class operation with NetSuite ERP and Advanced Revenue Management. Tamara continued her success as a Corporate Controller by joining an exciting and fast-growing SaaS startup in healthcare, where she used her skills to structure and build a highly efficient finance and accounting department with all the compliance requirements needed for HIPAA. Her attention to detail, process discipline, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate complex financial landscapes leveraging leading-edge cloud technology set her apart throughout her career. Tamara’s financial stewardship and experience with multiple accounting systems ranging from QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and NetSuite to large enterprise systems such as Oracle Financials make her an invaluable asset. Tamara brings a wealth of industry best practices and financial management expertise to our customers at Suitefy. Through hard work, perseverance, and an unyielding passion for finance and accounting, Tamara transcended her modest beginnings in a small town to become a successful global CFO and head of financials consulting at Suitefy.
GSR Prasad
VP, Operations & Human Resources
Prasad is a seasoned business executive with over two decades of experience and a passion for operations and people management in the IT industry. Known for his execution skills, he has been the driver behind the scenes at many startups from inception to exit. Prasad specializes in Human Resources, Finance, and other operations management functions, driving growth and profitability in a highly competitive business environment. At Suitefy, Prasad has been a founding member of the organization and has played an integral part in shaping its growth and expansion. His contribution is primarily in building and managing highly efficient teams, implementing processes and controls, and nurturing customer and employee relationships. Prasad has an undergraduate degree in business and holds an MBA in marketing.
Ratnaji Mandiga
Senior Director, Consulting and Managed Services
Ratnaji brings over 17 years of solid experience in enterprise software design, development, and implementation services for SaaS products. Ratnaji started his career as an end user of ERP at a large distribution company for agricultural products serving thousands of dealers. His ability to understand business requirements and adapt quickly to new technologies & platforms helped him become a business systems administrator. Later, Ratnaji moved to a consulting role at a NetSuite partner for a decade, implementing NetSuite ERP and developing SuiteApps and other SaaS solutions. In addition, he has successfully led consulting teams that implemented 50+ enterprise projects worldwide, including many NetSuite ERP implementations. In addition, Ratnaji's commitment to delivering high-quality consulting services and ensuring customer satisfaction helped him move quickly into a leadership role. As a founding member of the Suitefy team, Ratnaji plays a dual role as a principal ERP consultant while leading multiple teams that deliver NetSuite ERP System implementations to small and medium size to enterprises across the globe. Ratnaji also focuses on ramping up managed services teams for our customers looking to outsource ongoing maintenance and optimization of NetSuite ERP.
Suneel Kumar Kota
Senior Director, Products and Technical Services
Suneel Kota joined Suitefy after working at Oracle NetSuite for a few years as an engineering manager for one of the key modules of NetSuite ERP. At Oracle NetSuite, Suneel managed multiple scrum teams to leverage design thinking methodology to develop new features and application modules. Having worked on NetSuite ERP and SuiteCloud platform to design multiple SuiteApps and optimize their performance, Suneel is an expert at utilizing NetSuite platform capabilities to deliver customizations, new features, or entirely new applications. Now at Suitefy, Suneel focuses on providing ERP consulting services, new customizations, SuiteApp development, and integrations to other applications. With over 18 years of experience in enterprise IT systems and particularly spending the last decade on public cloud-based SaaS solutions, Suneel brings a wealth of technical knowledge to Suitefy customers. In addition, Suneel and his teams have the expertise to deliver a successful ERP implementation and low-cost ongoing maintenance that provides a good ROI on NetSuite investment. In his past roles, Suneel has led large engineering teams for software development at Wipro while building NetSuite competency units from the ground up. He holds a master's in Computer Applications from the University of Madras.
